The minister was cross-examined by Moyane's lawyer, advocate Dali Mpofu, on Monday, as the commission sat until 19:30. The tense cross-examination centred on Gordhan's claims during his previous testimony before the commission in November 2018 that Moyane was complicit in state capture when he was SARS commissioner.
